Registration is open

Micros is recreational soccer for 5-year-olds through 8th grade, it is held in Hamilton, Montana, and serves families from all over the Bitterroot. Our goals are to empower coaches and kids to experience great soccer no matter their skill level and build positive relationships within the community. Practices are held in Hamilton, and games are played at Daly Elementary.

Season runs from January 26th – March 2nd

Sessions:
Sessions will be held once a week on Monday evenings. Both sessions will be coached
by George Lund and held at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds.
Session 1: Ages 5 – Kindergarten - Art Building (small building) at the Ravalli
County Fairgrounds.

Mondays, 5:15–6:15 PM
Capped at 18 players

Session 2: 1st – 4th Grade - Event Center (Larger Building)

Mondays, 6:20–7:30 PM
Capped at 20 players

Cost: $70 per player
No jersey provided

What to wear/bring:

Clean, non-marking tennis shoes or indoor soccer shoes
Shin guards
Clothes suitable for indoor athletics
Water

Each session will begin with group instruction and then transition into a variety of mini soccer games, giving every player a maximum amount of time in game-like
experiences.

Indoor Sunday Pick-Up Soccer 5th Grade through 11th Grade

Dates: Sunday, January 25 – February 22 (4 Sundays)
Time:

5:45-6:45 pm 5th-7th Grade

7:00-8:00 pm 8th-10th Grade

Location: Ravalli County Fairgrounds Event Center, Hamilton

Cost:

$40 for players not currently in travel soccer

Format:

Coed teams formed each Sunday
Separate age groupings for games
Small-sided, pick-up style games
No jerseys provided

What to Bring:

Water bottle
Indoor soccer shoes or clean, non-marking tennis shoes

**Bitterroot Travel/Comp players have a separate registration for this if they want to join in addition to their weekly travel team practice. Travel Players pay $10 and must register to play.

Coaches

The success of the Micro Strikers FC program depends on volunteer coaches for the teams. No experience is required; however we do encourage coaches to attend our age appropriate clinic held at the beginning of the season.

The brave souls who step up will receive a 50% discount on their Micro player's fee. *One discount per family.

Uniforms/Kit

Your player will receive a set of two jerseys, which must be worn on game days.

Families are responsible for purchasing cleats, shinguards, soccer socks, and shorts. Black socks and shorts are recommended, but there is no firm rule on color.
